Ripples holds annual conference at the renowned Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire

With the opportunity to celebrate more than 35 years in business, we hosted our annual conference at the esteemed Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire. The two-day yearly gathering gave team us a chance to celebrate another productive year together, exchange best practises, and get advice and insight from notable guest speakers. The conference's "WOW" theme was a clear response to the venue chosen and reflected our goal of providing this experience to every customer at every stage of their journey. Highlights included an insight and update from John Smith, the managing director of Hansgrohe, and Yvonne's fascinating explanation of water labels and what we can do to help accomplish the reduction of water waste and a better future. We also got advice from the experts in their organisation and a long-term plan to assist them go to the next phase of their venture.
